Print your catalog (complete with pictures and
product descriptions) to any general office printer right from your
PC, then mail or fax it.
Catalog Builder can also generate Adobe PDF (portable document
format) files that are easily transferred through email or
downloaded by your customers from the internet. Customers from
around the world can access your catalog at a moments notice. You
could also choose to export the catalog to a PDF file for output by
your printing service bureau.
CD-ROM Catalogs
By distributing your
catalogs on CD-ROM you retain the same control over who receives
your catalog and when they receive it as you have in hard-copy
distribution. The difference is that you can update and distribute
CD-ROM catalogs much more frequently and cost-effectively so your
customers have easy access to the most current product and pricing
information.
CD-ROM catalogs are appreciated by customers or sales people on
the road because they can pull up product information from the CD on
their laptops instead of having to connect to the internet.

possible for you to add e-commerce to your marketing mix without the
huge price tag. Once you've designed your digital catalog, Catalog
Builder generates a dynamic database e-commerce catalog using

Mini Catalogs
You can use Catalog Builder to
produce catalogs using subsets of the data in your full-line catalog
database and output the mini catalogs on paper, CD-ROM or as PDFs. |
